Always a student, never a master.

Hello,

I’ve worked in a lot of different fields over the years — security, custodial work, trades, and even time with the boilermakers before getting laid off. Every job taught me something important: safety, discipline, building systems, and how to work hard no matter what the day looks like. All of that experience eventually led me to home inspections.

I kept searching for a career that made sense for me, and I finally realized that everything I’ve learned fits perfectly into this trade. So I committed myself fully. I applied to three different schools, pushed through the coursework, and built a solid foundation from the ground up.

I train every day. I study every day. I take feedback seriously. My mindset is simple: Always a student, never a master.

My qualifications include:

Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) – InterNACHI

National Certificate Holder with https://www.cahpi.ca/en/

Alberta‑accredited coursework (Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Moisture, Exterior, Attic/Insulation, Decks, Fireplaces, Structure, Safe Practices)

Ongoing field training and mentorship

Covid 19 Masked N95

Additional online and virtual trade studies

Hands‑on experience from years in trades, safety roles, and building maintenance

Strong understanding of PPE, hazard control, emergency response, and building operations

I bring all of this into every inspection I do. My goal is to give you a clear, honest, and aware report — something that actually helps you understand your home and feel confident in your decisions.
